90-Night Trial
You have 90 nights from the day you receive your grounding sheet to decide if it's right for you. Grounding sheets need to be slept on to be experienced, so returns are accepted after use — you don't need to return the sheet unused. All grounding sheets, including discounted ones, are covered by the 90-night trial.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@earthsrhythm.com with your order number or proof of purchase. Once your return is approved, we'll send you simple instructions for returning your sheet. Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is complete, we'll confirm by email and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact support@earthsrhythm.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at support@earthsrhythm.com and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different colour or item is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-refundable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Proof of purchase is required.
